Die normalen LDAP-Utilities wie ldapsearch (Paket ldap-utils oder ähnlich) unterstützen ebenfalls Kerberos. Beim Aufruf darf dabei nicht die Option -x angegeben werden, da ansonsten nur Passwort-Authentifizierung anstelle von Kerberos verwendet wird.
