Takes the name of an image and returns the full file name with the correct extension. With this, you can upload images as svg and png and have this template "give" you the correct file name for your project environment.
This can be used to have a png alternative for projects wanting to support old browsers.
Configuration of the used file extension is done in {{#invoke:Util|globalFileExtension}}.
